River (she/they) serves as Director of Flow & Development at HSMP, supporting the church through organizational and financial management, event coordination, and community development. Her work centers on creative collaboration that aligns people, purpose, and service—a space where meaningful work can emerge organically.

River studied Religion and Environmental Horticulture at the University of Florida and completed training in Horticultural Therapy to become a Registered Horticultural Therapist (HTR) through the American Horticultural Therapy Association. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work with a Clinical Mental Health concentration at Washington University in St. Louis.

River is an artist, mother, gardener, and spiritual student in the lineage of Pir-o-Murshid Hazrat Inayat Khan. She embodies flow—meeting lived experience with surrender and allowing what is felt to alchemize into meaning and beauty. She is devoted to creating experiences that invite others to feel beyond words into the depth, tenderness, and wholeness of this life.
